Escrow on every order

Payment is never sent directly from a client to a freelancer. It is held by the platform until the client approves the delivered work, which protects both sides: the client's money is safe, and the freelancer knows the funds are already committed.

Verified freelancers

Every freelancer application is reviewed before the profile goes live. We check that the profile is complete, coherent and not misleading.

Keep everything on the platform

Chat, files and agreements belong inside the order. If you move a deal off-platform, we cannot see what was agreed and we cannot help you if something goes wrong — and no escrow protection applies.

Disputes

If a delivery is late, incomplete or not what was agreed, request a revision first. If that fails, open a dispute and our team will review the order thread and decide fairly.

Warning signs

• Anyone asking you to pay outside ProCash Earn
• Requests to communicate only on another app before an order exists
• Offers that seem far too cheap or far too good
• Pressure to approve a delivery before you have checked it

If you see any of these, stop and report the member to support.
