Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Hunar you agree to these terms and to the ProCash Earn terms that govern your account and wallet.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information on your profile. One person may hold one account. Accounts created to mislead buyers or manipulate ratings will be suspended.

3. Orders and escrow

When a client places an order, the amount is deducted from their wallet and held in escrow. It is released to the freelancer once the client approves the delivery, or automatically after the review window closes if the client does not respond.

4. Fees

A marketplace fee is deducted from the freelancer's earnings when an order completes. Clients pay the listed service price with no hidden buyer fees.

5. Cancellations and disputes

Either side may request a cancellation before delivery. If the parties cannot agree, a dispute can be opened and our team will decide based on the evidence in the order thread.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not take payments outside the platform, post illegal or infringing work, share false credentials, or use Hunar to harass other members. Doing so may result in suspension and forfeiture of pending balances.

7. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in the order, ownership of the delivered work transfers to the client once the order is completed and paid.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Hunar after an update means you accept the revised terms.
