If you disagree, open a dispute. Our team reads the messages and delivered files, then decides — refund the buyer or pay the freelancer.
🚫 Keep it on the platform
Sharing contact details or paying outside Hunar removes all protection, so our system detects and blocks it. Anyone asking you to pay off-platform is trying to scam you — report them.

Do I need a separate account for Hunar?
No. Hunar uses your existing ProCash account, wallet and balance — one login for tasks and freelancing.
Is it free to join?
Yes. Browsing, creating an account and becoming a freelancer are all free. The platform only earns a commission when an order completes successfully.
What if the freelancer never delivers?
Cancel the active order for a full refund, or open a dispute for our team to review.
What if the buyer disappears after I deliver?
Delivered orders complete automatically after 3 days with no response, and you are paid.
Can I both hire and sell?
Yes. The same account can order services and sell them — many members do both.
